Our complete lineup of Design & Build services allow you to create the outdoor space of your dreams and visualize it in 3D before we break ground. Designs can be tailored to fit your vision, budget, and property needs. You can even meet with our design team and review your project, making changes live in our 3D Design Center.

Our UAC designation has been earned through years of rigorous on-site inspections of our work and client satisfaction reference checks conducted by Unilock. And it doesn't stop there: Once Unilock Authorized Contractor status is granted, these inspections continue annually so you can rest assured our quality will always exceed your expectations.
UNILOCK AUTHORIZED CONTRACTOR
As a Unilock Authorized Contractor, we're able to offer flexible financing options through Unilock's DO-IT-NOW program. Choose from 3 options: 12 months same-as-cash, 5 year, or 10 year plans with low payment options.
FINANCING OPTIONS
All hardscape and patio installations are covered by our 2-year warranty on workmanship and a lifetime warranty on Unilock patio materials. All other projects (landscaping, irrigation, lighting, etc) are covered by our 1-year warranty.
OUR WARRANTY
As a Unilock Authorized Contractor, our hardscape services are also backed by Unilock's Peace of Mind Gaurantee. In the event we are unable to fulfill our workmanship warranty obligations for any reason, Unilock will step in and correct any issues giving you complete peace of mind when choosing CLC.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY
Started by 2 brothers and a good friend
Colarossi Landscaping Co. is a full property maintenance company that has been serving the Southeast Michigan area since 2005. Started by 2 brothers and a good friend, CLC has grown to over 35+ employees offering everything from simple lawn care to complete landscape design and build projects.
For us, every project that has our name on it is personal. No matter the size of your project, our goal is to always exceed clients expectations. Whether it's through our quick and easy communication, our financing options, or the quality of our work, every job is our number one priority.
We specialize in new construction home services and our goal is to make your life easier by being a one-stop-shop for all outdoor contracting services. We offer everything you need to get set up in your new home, including grading, irrigation, lawn installation, and landscaping design and build services. As a Unilock Authorized Contractor, you can rest assured our hardscape projects will stand the test of time.
2007
Continued growth as we increased our client list to over 20 residential lawn clients throughout the city of Saline. We also expanded our service region to Ann Arbor, made possible by a generous neighbor that let us borrow his trailer to transport our lawn mower outside of our subdivision.
2005
Our story started out way back in 2005 when a couple brothers and good friend borrowed a lawn mower to cut the neighbors lawn. We found ourselves in the right place at the right time in a developing subdivision and eventually picked up more and more clients throughout the neighborhood.
2008
After a few more summers of lawn mowing, we quickly learned that lawn care and landscaping go hand in hand and expanded our service offerings to include the basics like mulching, irrigation repair, snow removal, and spring/fall cleanups.
2010
In 2010, we picked up our first commercial lawn care clients and along with that came some more investments in commercial-grade equipment. At this point, we needed some space for our equipment and an office so we rented out a friends pole barn just outside the city of Saline.
2013
In 2013, we purchased our first official company vehicle: A bright red Ford Super Duty truck. This truck would be the first of many and solidified our bright red vehicle fleet branding.
2014
As the company began to grow, we hired our first official employee outside of our 3 founding members. This was a pivotal step in our history and solidified our plan to take this from a summer job while in college to an actual company.
2017
We continued to expand our operation to over 20 employees and continually added trucks and equipment to our fleet. We also launched our 3D Design & Build services and began our focus on hardscape installations including patios, firepits, and retaining walls.
2019
We quickly outgrew our original pole barn and in 2020, signed a lease on a 10,000 sq-ft warehouse space including a complete office space and the future home of our 3D design center.
2022
At over 25 employees strong, we rebranded to Colarossi Landscaping Co., in order to better represent our wide variety of services. While we started out primarily offering only lawn care, we expanded over the years to offer so much more.
2023
In 2023, we officially earned the designation as a Unilock Authorized Contractor. Trusted by America's leading paver manufacturer, we offer complete hardscape design and build services backed by warranty and Unilock's Peace of Mind guarantee. We're looking forward to a great year!
